Dev. 2 time trial results

Well done to the Dev 2 swimmers who did the 400 metres time trial last night. Everyone finished, which was great. A special mention goes to new swimmer Emily, who put in a super effort: it must have seemed a very long way, having come to Cormorants from a 12.5 metre pool.

The results are here:

400m time trial 27:03:17

Lots of number columns, so please help your swimmer decipher them! The aim was to swim an even or negative split, which means to swim either the same speed or faster for the second 200 metres as the first.

I only had limited results from our last 400 metre time trial a month ago, but it’s clear from those that the effort the swimmers have put into front crawl over the last few weeks has paid off. Well done, guys!
