Masters Swimming

Masters swimming is training for those over 25 yrs old. Your goals could be to train for  swimming competitions, compete in triathlons or simply to keep fit. Sessions are structured in the form of a set program and whilst they are currently not coached from the poolside, there are plenty of tips and advice to be had from other swimmers in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Training Aims and Objectives

•To swim for fitness in a structured environment
•To train to compete in Triathlon events
•To train to compete in Master’s swimming meets
•To develop stoke technique and endurance for all 4 strokes
