Reminder regarding Annual Membership Fee

A lot of members have queried the Annual Membership Fee and said that they do not understand why this is now £100. This increase was communicated to all members by email on the 11th November 2024. This fee is now overdue and must be paid by the end of the month so that we can complete the annual renewal submission to Swim England.

As a reminder this is what was published..................

"Separately to the monthly fees there are three standard fees for club members. One of these is
the cost of Swim England membership and the other two are for the Summer Sprints and Club
Championships. To reduce administration, and allow us to improve club gala planning and
engagement, we will combine the three fees into a single annual membership fee of £100 from
January 2025. This will include automatic entry into the Summer Sprints and Club
Championships and be non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to you in December/January as
part of our annual process of renewing Club and Swim England membership, updating your
membership details and accepting the Club's Codes of Conduct. If you have specific difficulties
with invoice payments please speak to one of the committee in confidence."
