Please see below confirmation of the summer timetable:  

• Friday 19th July - Last session for all squads (except Performance Elite – see below)
• W/C 22nd July - No swimming (except Performance Elite – usual timetable)
• W/C 29th July - No swimming
• W/C 5th August - No swimming

• Monday's 12th and 19th August:

        - 6-7pm Academy (Bronze, Silver & Gold Squads)

        - 7-9pm Performance (Elite & Junior Squads)

        - NB. No swimming on Bank Holiday 26th August

• Wednesday's 14th, 21st and 28th August:

        - 6.15-7.15pm Academy (Bronze, Silver & Gold Squads)

        - 7.15-9.15pm Performance Elite 

        - 7.15-8.15pm Performance Junior

        - 8.15-9.15pm Masters

• Friday’s 16th, 23rd and 30th August:

        - 6.30-7.30am Masters

The normal timetable will apply for all squads from Monday 2nd September 2023.  Please note provisional first Sunday land training session back for Performance Elite will be 8th September and first Tuesday land training session back for Performance Elite will be Tuesday 10th September (tbc).
